Exchange Policy & Returns

For goods to be eligible for return, please ensure that:

  • Goods purchased in the last 30 days
  • Goods with original packaging

The following items are not returnable:

  • Delivery of goods is made to your specifications or clearly personalized.
  • The supply of goods that by their very nature are not suitable for return, e.g. goods that perish quickly or have expired.
  • The delivery of goods is not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons and is not sealed after delivery.
  • The delivery of goods, after delivery, is by their very nature inseparable from other goods.

We reserve the right to refuse to return any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.

Return of Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the item to us. Please send goods to the following address:

We are not responsible for goods damaged or lost during return shipping. We therefore recommend a covered and trackable mail service. We cannot issue refunds if we do not receive the actual item or proof of return received.

Gift:

If merchandise is marked as gift upon purchase and then shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Upon receipt of the returned product, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the merchandise is not marked as a gift upon purchase, or the gift giver has shipped the order to themselves to give you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver.
